The Blessings are in Christ

“All praise to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, Who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing…” – Ephesians 1:3 (NLT)
Sometimes we spend a lot of time asking God for blessings without realising that He has already given them. You may ask, “Is this really true?” The answer is, “Yes!” The Word of God says He has blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places. What a loving and faithful God we serve!
Joy is a blessing. Love is a blessing. A peaceful nation, community, village, and home, are all blessings. Divine health is a blessing. Prosperity is a blessing. Strength is a blessing. Success is a blessing. All these and more are already yours in Christ Jesus. What a God we serve! Hallelujah!
God is a Spirit; therefore, all of His blessings are spiritual. The material world came out of the spiritual realm. So, every physical blessing is also given by God and is already yours. It means, therefore, that whatever you would have asked of God is included in what He’s already blessed you with.
The key to receiving all of these blessings is that you have to be in Christ. In Christ, you have EVERYTHING – you have all things that pertain to life and godliness (2 Peter 1:3). Let us thank God for His infinite love and claim our blessings.
